Yes. One purchase licenses one agency, and you may deploy it in unlimited client sub-accounts inside that agency.

Can I white-label the service?

Yes. You may brand the service as your own, customize it for clients, and charge clients for setup and ongoing management.

Can I resell the snapshot itself?

No. You may not resell the snapshot itself, redistribute the snapshot link, redistribute the documentation, repackage it as your own product, or sublicense it to another agency.
