These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GHL Automators website at GHLAutomators.com and any purchases made through the website.

GHL Automators is a DWP Multimedia LLC company. Throughout these Terms, “GHL Automators,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DWP Multimedia LLC operating the GHL Automators brand.

By accessing this website or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About GHL Automators

GHL Automators provides digital products, implementation resources, automation systems, templates, documentation, and related services primarily for users of GoHighLevel.

GHL Automators is an independent business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GoHighLevel.

References to GoHighLevel or other third-party platforms are made solely to describe compatibility or intended use.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase products or services from GHL Automators.

If you make a purchase on behalf of a business, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Digital Products

Products sold by GHL Automators may include:

• GoHighLevel snapshots
• workflows
• AI configurations
• templates
• setup documentation
• deployment checklists
• configuration guides
• forms and related assets
• other digital resources described on the applicable product page

The exact contents of each product are determined by the product description in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Product-Specific Terms

Certain products may be subject to additional license or usage terms.

For example, AI Front Desk Pro is governed by separate product-specific Usage Terms in addition to these site-wide Terms.

If product-specific terms conflict with these Terms regarding use, licensing, redistribution, or deployment of that product, the product-specific terms control for that issue.

5. Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.

We may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Promotional, introductory, or launch pricing may be limited by quantity, time, or other stated conditions.

6. Digital Delivery

Digital materials may be delivered by email, download link, access page, shared folder, or another method described during checkout.

Some products may contain components that require manual preparation after purchase.

For AI Front Desk Pro, for example:

• product documentation is delivered after purchase;
• the protected GoHighLevel snapshot link may be sent separately;
• the snapshot link is expected to be provided within the delivery period stated on the product page.

A product should not be considered undelivered merely because one manually prepared component is delivered separately from the initial documents.

7. License and Permitted Use

Purchasing a digital product grants you only the rights specifically described for that product.

Unless expressly permitted in the applicable product license, you may not:

• resell the digital product itself;
• redistribute product files, snapshots, templates, or documentation;
• share protected product links with unauthorized parties;
• sublicense the product;
• repackage the product for resale as your own digital product;
• publish or distribute proprietary documentation.

Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with DWP Multimedia LLC unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

The GHL Automators website, branding, written materials, graphics, product documentation, automation systems, templates, workflows, and other original content are owned by or licensed to DWP Multimedia LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, software, and platforms remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Many GHL Automators products are designed to operate within third-party services such as GoHighLevel.

We do not control those platforms and cannot guarantee:

• continued availability of third-party features;
• pricing or plan requirements;
• approval of messaging registrations;
• phone-number availability;
• carrier behavior;
• API availability;
• third-party account approval;
• future platform changes.

You are responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts, subscriptions, approvals, phone numbers, integrations, or services required to use a purchased product.

10. A2P, Messaging, Voice, and Telecommunications

Some automation products may use SMS, voice, email, or other communication channels.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, carrier requirements, platform policies, consent rules, and registration requirements associated with your use of those channels.

Unless expressly included in a purchased service, GHL Automators does not guarantee:

• A2P registration or approval;
• carrier approval;
• phone-number provisioning;
• message delivery;
• voice-service availability.

11. Implementation and Configuration

Digital automation products may require configuration before use.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing your implementation before publishing or deploying it to customers or clients.

Where workflows are delivered in Draft status, they are intentionally provided that way so configuration and testing can occur before activation.

You are responsible for changes you make after delivery and for ensuring that your final configuration is appropriate for your business and clients.

12. Refunds and Guarantees

Refund rights, installation guarantees, and other product-specific protections are governed by the terms stated on the applicable product page and any corresponding product-specific terms.

For products covered by the 14-Day Install Guarantee, the applicable product terms define:

• when the guarantee period begins;
• what installation issues are covered;
• what is excluded.

The guarantee is not a general satisfaction guarantee and does not guarantee business results, client acquisition, revenue, or profitability.

13. No Earnings or Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee that using our products or services will generate:

• leads;
• customers;
• appointments;
• revenue;
• profits;
• cost savings;
• specific conversion rates;
• specific business results.

Examples, strategies, workflows, and automation systems are provided as tools. Actual results depend on your business, clients, implementation, market, platform configuration, and other factors outside our control.

14. Done-For-You and Professional Services

Some products may offer optional implementation or Done-For-You services.

The scope of those services is limited to what is expressly described in the applicable offer.

Unless specifically included, professional services do not include:

• custom software development;
• unlimited revisions;
• ongoing client management;
• custom integrations;
• A2P registration;
• phone-number purchasing or porting;
• unrelated automation development.

Additional work may require a separate agreement and fee.

Support scope may vary by product. Unless expressly stated otherwise, support does not include unlimited customization, consulting, custom development, or direct support to your clients.

16. Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

However, we do not warrant that all website content will always be complete, error-free, or current.

We may correct errors, update information, or modify website content without prior notice.

17. Prohibited Use

You may not use the website or our products to:

• violate applicable law;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that product or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold DWP Multimedia LLC harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs resulting from:

• your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights;
• your client implementations or communications;

For purchased products, any update entitlement is determined by the terms applicable to that product.

A purchaser's entitlement to one product version does not automatically grant rights to a future major version unless expressly stated.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
