SCOPE

No AI replies. Your team answers every reply. SMS needs an approved A2P 10DLC registration; without it, the kit runs email-only.

Consent and opt-outs are built in

Consent gate

Each contact carries an SMS and an email consent status, source and date. The kit messages a channel only when its consent is Verified. A contact without verified consent receives nothing and is suppressed with the reason recorded.

Opt-outs and suppression

Opt-out replies, email unsubscribes, bounces, spam complaints, DND and a do-not-contact tag stop the campaign and record a suppression reason.

The kit trusts the consent fields you fill in. Mark consent Verified only when you can produce the record.

How it works

  1. 01

    Load the snapshot

    Add the agency-restricted snapshot to your agency and load it into the sub-account whose leads you want to reactivate. All four workflows arrive as Draft.

  2. 02

    Make it yours

    Fill in the 6 custom values: business name, sender name, offer line, booking link, support phone and email sign-off. They import empty.

  3. 03

    Prepare senders and contacts

    Confirm your email sender, give every contact you queue an owner, and record consent. SMS needs approved A2P 10DLC registration; without it, run the kit email-only.

  4. 04

    Test and publish

    Run the Go-Live Testing Checklist with your own inbox, publish LRK 04 to LRK 01 in order, then queue a small first batch.
