AI Front Desk Pro Usage Terms

These Usage Terms are the product-specific license and usage terms for AI Front Desk Pro — V1.0. They supplement the site-wide GHL Automators Terms & Conditions.

1. License

One purchase licenses one GoHighLevel agency.

Under this license, the buyer may:

• install AI Front Desk Pro in unlimited client sub-accounts inside that licensed agency;
• customize the system for clients;
• brand the service as their own;
• charge clients for setup, implementation, support and management.

2. Restrictions

The buyer may not:

• resell the snapshot itself;
• redistribute the snapshot link;
• redistribute the documentation;
• sublicense the product to another agency;
• repackage the snapshot or documentation as their own digital product;
• publicly distribute proprietary buyer materials.

3. Ownership

Ownership of the underlying AI Front Desk Pro system, snapshot, documentation and proprietary materials remains with DWP Multimedia LLC.

Purchase grants a license to use the product under these terms; it does not transfer ownership.

4. Updates

V1.x updates are included for licensed buyers.

A future V2 or other major version may be sold separately.

5. Delivery

Buyer documentation is delivered after purchase.

The protected agency-restricted snapshot link is sent separately.

One protected snapshot link is issued per licensed agency.

The buyer may not share that protected link with another agency.

6. 14-Day Install Guarantee

The guarantee begins when the protected snapshot link is sent.

The guarantee covers the product importing and configuring as documented.

The guarantee does not cover:

• change of mind;
• A2P rejection or delay;
• phone-number or carrier issues;
• GoHighLevel account or plan limitations;
• failure to acquire clients;
• problems caused by substantial buyer modifications.

7. Third-Party Requirements

The buyer is responsible for maintaining the GoHighLevel account, features, phone services, approvals and third-party services required for deployment.

GHL Automators does not guarantee third-party approvals, carrier behavior or platform availability.

8. No Business-Result Guarantee

AI Front Desk Pro is a software configuration / automation product.

No guarantee is made regarding leads, appointments, clients, revenue, conversion rates or profits.

Support covers installation guidance, snapshot import issues and configuration questions.

Support does not include unlimited customization, custom workflows, custom integrations or ongoing client management unless separately purchased.

10. Non-Affiliation

AI Front Desk Pro is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GoHighLevel.

11. Governing Terms

These Usage Terms supplement the site-wide GHL Automators Terms & Conditions.

Where a product-specific license rule conflicts with the site-wide Terms regarding licensing, redistribution or product use, these Usage Terms control for AI Front Desk Pro.

These Usage Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
