Do I need GoHighLevel?

Yes. Agency Onboarding Kit is a GoHighLevel snapshot. You need an agency account that can import snapshots and load them into a sub-account.

Where do I install it?

In the sub-account your agency uses to run its own business, not in each client's sub-account. Each new client is a contact with one opportunity there.

Is it the same as AI Front Desk Pro?

No. AI Front Desk Pro handles your clients' incoming leads. Agency Onboarding Kit handles your agency's own client onboarding.

No. Client messages are email only. Your team gets tasks and in-app notifications.

Do the workflows go live automatically?

No. All seven arrive as Draft. You publish them after running the test in the Install Guide.

Does it verify access automatically?

No. Clients report access on the Access Checklist. Your team checks each invitation and marks access as verified, and the handoff waits for that.

What support is included?
