Agency Onboarding Kit Usage Terms
Effective Date: October 18, 2026
These Usage Terms are the product-specific license and usage terms for Agency Onboarding Kit — V1.0. They supplement the site-wide GHL Automators Terms & Conditions.
1. License
One purchase licenses one GoHighLevel™ agency.
Under this license, the buyer may:
- install the Agency Onboarding Kit in unlimited sub-accounts inside that licensed agency;
- customize the kit's workflows, emails, forms and Client Access Guide for their agency and clients;
- brand the onboarding experience as their own;
- use the kit to onboard unlimited clients of that agency, and charge those clients for the agency's own services.
The Install Guide recommends installing the kit in the sub-account the agency uses to run its own business.
The license covers sub-accounts only while they remain inside the licensed agency. A sub-account transferred to another agency is not licensed.
2. Restrictions
The buyer may not:
- resell the snapshot itself;
- redistribute the snapshot link;
- redistribute the documentation;
- sublicense the product to another agency;
- repackage the snapshot or documentation as their own digital product;
- publicly distribute proprietary buyer materials.
Exception: the buyer may edit the Client Access Guide template and publish their edited copy for their own clients, as described in the Install Guide. That is not redistribution of the documentation.
3. Ownership
Ownership of the underlying Agency Onboarding Kit system, snapshot, documentation and proprietary materials remains with DWP Multimedia LLC.
Purchase grants a license to use the product under these terms; it does not transfer ownership.
4. Updates
V1.x updates are included for licensed buyers.
A future V2 or other major version may be sold separately.
5. Delivery
Buyer documentation is available in the Resource Library immediately after purchase.
The snapshot link is sent separately, by email, to the address used at checkout.
Delivery target: we aim to send the snapshot link within 1 business day of purchase.
- The 1 business day starts once we have a valid GoHighLevel agency relationship number.
- If the number is missing or is not a relationship number, we email the buyer to ask for it. The 1 business day restarts when the buyer replies with a valid number.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
The snapshot link is an agency-restricted link. It works only for the agency whose relationship number the buyer gave.
One snapshot link is issued per licensed agency.
The buyer may not share that link with another agency.
If an agency-restricted link cannot be used, we may deliver the snapshot through another single-use link for the same agency.
6. Installation and Configuration
The Agency Onboarding Kit is a self-install product. Installation and configuration are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
To install and run the kit as documented, the buyer is responsible for:
- following the Install Guide, including:
- the account settings (duplicate contacts and opportunities off, with email as the first identifier);
- the 7 custom values;
- the form and booking links;
- calendar setup and activation;
- a working email sender;
- user selection in every task and notification step;
- each workflow's setup note;
- editing, hosting and keeping current their own copy of the Client Access Guide;
- running the test in the Install Guide before publishing any workflow. The workflows arrive in Draft and send nothing until the buyer publishes them;
- the team steps the kit leaves to people:
- verifying client access;
- reviewing cancelled kickoffs;
- watching the first reminder emails;
- handling the recovery steps in Install Guide §14;
- the content of every message sent to their clients, and collecting any consent their clients or applicable law require. That includes marketing or SMS consent, which the kit does not collect.
- the client information collected through the kit's forms, which belongs to the buyer and their clients. GHL Automators does not receive it.
The kit is built around invitation-based access and never asks for passwords. The buyer should not use it to collect client passwords or credentials.
7. Known Limitations
The Agency Onboarding Kit does not include SMS, WhatsApp, AI, e-signatures, invoicing, a client portal, automatic access verification, or storage of passwords or credentials.
V1.0 has documented design limits. These include:
- one active onboarding and one completed onboarding per contact;
- form submissions made with a different email from the one on file are ignored, without an alert;
- kickoff cancellations are reviewed by hand;
- the handoff does not retry automatically after a platform error.
The full list and the manual recovery steps are in Install Guide §14.
The Release Notes (§4) list the features that are configured but were not confirmed by live testing in V1.0. Examples are the day 2/5/8 reminder emails and reschedule handling.
Documented limitations are part of the product as sold. They are not defects under the guarantee in section 8.
8. 14-Day Install Guarantee
If the buyer cannot get the snapshot to import and configure as documented, they may email support within 14 days. We will work with them to resolve it. If we cannot, we refund the purchase.
The guarantee begins when the snapshot link is sent.
The guarantee covers the product importing and configuring as documented.
The guarantee does not cover:
- change of mind;
- email sending, domain authentication or deliverability issues;
- GoHighLevel account or plan limitations;
- client responsiveness or failure to acquire clients;
- problems caused by substantial buyer modifications;
- setup steps in the Install Guide that were skipped or not completed;
- the documented limitations in section 7.
When a purchase is refunded, the license ends. The buyer's Resource Library access is removed, and the buyer must remove the kit from their sub-accounts.
9. Third-Party Requirements
The buyer is responsible for maintaining the GoHighLevel account, features, email sending services, calendars and third-party services required for deployment.
The platform steps in the Client Access Guide describe each platform's menus at release. Platforms change their menus, and the buyer is responsible for keeping their published copy current.
GHL Automators does not guarantee third-party approvals, email deliverability or platform availability.
10. No Business-Result Guarantee
The Agency Onboarding Kit is a software configuration / automation product.
No guarantee is made regarding onboarding speed, client responsiveness, clients, revenue, retention or profits.
11. Support
Support email:
We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Support covers installation guidance, snapshot import issues and configuration questions.
Support does not include unlimited customization, custom workflows, custom integrations, installation done for the buyer, or ongoing client management unless separately purchased.
We will never ask for a GoHighLevel password, API key or verification code, and the buyer should never send one.
12. Non-Affiliation
The Agency Onboarding Kit is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GoHighLevel.
13. Governing Terms
These Usage Terms supplement the site-wide GHL Automators Terms & Conditions.
Where a product-specific license rule conflicts with the site-wide Terms regarding licensing, redistribution or product use, these Usage Terms control for the Agency Onboarding Kit.
These Usage Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
